Join me for an inspiring interview with Navy veteran Tommy Taylor, whose family has a proud legacy of military service. Tommy’s grandfather served in World War I, and his father in World War II, paving the way for him to join the Navy in 1971. After completing 13 weeks of basic training in Orlando, Florida, Tommy served on an aircraft carrier during the Vietnam War, traveling the world and gaining unique experiences. He served honorably from 1971 to 1975, carrying on his family’s tradition of dedication to our country. Tune in to hear his incredible story, from his family’s history to his own service during a pivotal time in history. This interview was videoed at the Warrior Exhibit in Fayetteville Tennessee which was designed to pay tribute to those locally who have served our nation and as a memorial for those who gave their all. #VeteranStories #NavyVeteran #MilitaryHistory #VietnamWar #TommyTaylor #OralHistory
